Girls Basketball Postseason Formats

In the quarterfinals the winner of the 1N/8S preliminary game plays the winner of the 4S/5N preliminary game, the winner of the 1S/8N plays the winner of the 4N/5S preliminary game, the winner of the 2N/7S prelimnary game plays the winner of the 3S/6N preliminary game, and the winner of the 2S/7N preliminary game plays the winner of the 3N/6S preliminary game

In the semifinals the winner of the 1N/4S/5N/8N game faces the winner of the 2S/3N/6S/7N game while the winner of the 1S/4N/5S/8S game faces the winner of the 2N/3S/6N/7S game

Finals are held on the second weekend of March

Division III

Top 6 teams qualify for the postseason

In the quarterfinals No. 1 and No. 2 receive a bye, No. 3 plays No. 6 and No. 4 plays No. 5

In the semifinals No. 1 plays the winner of the 4-5 quarterfinal game and No. 2 plays the winner of the 3-6 quarterfinal game

Finals are held on the second weekend of March
