Notes:

From 1933-1937 there was no postseason tournament, so the regular season Champions are listed for those years

There was a Class B from 1938-1942, 1944, + 1946-1949 but it had no playoff tournament since its teams could compete for the State (Class A) title so winning Class B was not winning it all. For a list of those division winners, check out the Regular Season champions page

1943 and 1945 there was no Class B as divisions were arranged by geography and there was only one state tournament

1950-1978 there was only one tournament to decide the State Champion and there was no Class B (divisions were arranged by geography)

1979-1981 There existed a Suburban Division, which had a playoff tournament separate from the State one

1982-1990 There was only one tournament to decide the State Champion and no Class B (divisions were arranged by geography)

With a tournament separate from the State one, Class B was reformed in 1991

Renamed Division II in 2005

Numbers in parentheses are the number of championships that school won in this division
